Receptionist - ref 3490

Location: South Birmingham

Salary: up to £7.00 p/hr dependent on experience

Skills: We are looking for an experienced receptionist to help manage a busy switchboard and help out with general administration duties. The ideal applicant will have 5 gcse's which must include Maths and English, ability to meet deadlines, ability to work as part of a team, capacity to protect confidentiality of the department, excellent general administrative skills, experience in office procedures, experience of software packages particularly microsoft office, experience of working with the public in a customer-facing environment, flexible approach to dealing with face to face and telephone queries, and a flexible approach to work in general.
